Yarn-dyed fabric (dope dyeing)

The dope dyeing waterless dyeing technology enables yarn fibers to be colored from the inside out, subverting the traditional textile dyeing process.

Compared with the traditional process, the waterless dyeing process reduces water consumption by 85%, chemicals by 90%, and carbon emissions by 12%.

The color masterbatch formula is 100% independently produced for precise color matching, with no fading or color bleeding. High color fastness and stable performance: The color fastness (such as wash resistance and friction resistance) of dope-dyed fibers is significantly better than that of traditionally dyed fabrics. For example, when dope-dyed nylon is used in outdoor clothing, the color fastness to water immersion is improved to level 5, avoiding the problem of color staining on light-colored clothes.

High color batch consistency: Through color masterbatch technology and online addition control, the fiber color is uniform, reducing the common color difference problem in traditional dyeing. For fabrics produced from the same batch of yarn, the缸差 color difference value can be controlled within 18, and the匹差 color difference value can be controlled within 0.5.

Sustainability:

Green and environmentally friendly, with significant energy saving and emission reduction effects: reducing pollution emissions. The dope dyeing technology eliminates the need for traditional dyeing processes. For each ton of fiber processed into textiles, it can reduce wastewater discharge by 32 tons, carbon dioxide emissions by 1.2 tons, and reduce electricity consumption by 230 kWh and steam consumption by 3.5 cubic meters.

The dope-dyed inner fabric adopts waterless dyeing technology, enabling the yarn fibers to be colored from the inside out, subverting traditional textile dyeing processes.

High color fastness and stable performance: The color fastness (such as wash resistance and friction resistance) of dope-dyed fibers is significantly better than that of traditionally dyed fabrics. The washing fastness (ISO 105 C06 E1S) at 95° can reach level 4 to 4-5, which can completely avoid the problem of color migration.

Skin-friendly dope-dyed fibers do not require post-dyeing, thus avoiding harmful chemical substances that may remain in traditional dyeing processes, being more friendly to the skin, and thereby reducing the risk of allergies. They are especially suitable for people with sensitive skin and children.

Color consistency: Dope-dyed fabrics do not need to be dyed in a vat, thus avoiding quality problems such as color difference and batch difference that are prone to occur in dyeing.

Wear-resistant and durable: Dope-dyed fibers themselves have good strength, and combined with a tight yarn-dyed structure, the fabric is more wear-resistant, anti-pilling, not easy to deform, and has a longer service life.

The excellent color fastness makes it particularly suitable for the inner layer of sportswear and outdoor clothing.
