Clean Color refers to non-aqueous medium dyeing.
Basic principle of non-aqueous medium dyeing:
The dye liquor is repellent to non-aqueous media but affine to water-containing fibers, so the dye can achieve a dye-uptake rate close to 100% without the need for salt to promote dyeing.
There is very little water in the dyeing system, and the temperature and alkalinity are low, which inhibits the hydrolysis of the dye and greatly improves the fixation rate.
Non-aqueous media have very low surface tension and are easier than water to carry the dye solution to spread and penetrate on the fiber surface.
It is suitable for dyeing hydrophilic fibers with water-soluble dyes, such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, viscose, nylon and other materials.
Safety: The dyeing medium used in CleanColour technology is non-toxic and harmless to the human body, and is widely used in cosmetics and skin care products. 99.7% of the dyeing medium can be recycled during the dyeing process, which is completely harmless to the environment and biodiversity.
Energy saving: Only a very small amount of water is needed to dissolve the dye and help the dye penetrate into the fiber. The extremely high dye utilization rate reduces the difficulty of cleaning. Compared with traditional dyeing processes, it can save 95% of water. With the CleanColour dedicated water treatment system, zero discharge of dyeing wastewater can be achieved.
The extremely high fixation rate of CleanColour technology brings better color fastness indicators. The shorter processing time and lower residual amount of chemical auxiliaries reduce damage to textiles, resulting in better performance and style.
